TSI has provided comprehensive turnkey telecommunications systems (PBX) including; engineering, acquisition, installation, as well as operational, training and system maintenance support to several of the NRC's new regional facilities.
TSI provides on-call maintenance and associated support for the NRC headquarters along with other NRC facilities for the Avaya (Nortel) network telephone systems. TSI is also responsible for the maintenance of any PBX system failures; while providing support for switch maintenance, line and trunk diagnostics. All TSI engineers and technicians are accredited and certified to perform installation, training and maintenance of Avaya voice and data systems.
