As former IBM sales executive, Lee White acquired Technology Specialists, Inc. (TSI) in October of 2004.  Mr. White's path to leadership mirrors that of all great entrepreneurs; with a sharp focus on enhancing and delivering value for both clients and business partners.

Mr. White received his bachelor's degree in business administration from North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC with subsequent studies at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

As President and CEO of TSI, Lee leads a team of highly qualified individuals with expertise in the field of information technology services for the US Federal Government. TSI is an SBA certified 8(a)/Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) providing technology solutions to federal government agencies and leading prime contractors.

Mr. White's business initiatives were designed with one goal in mind; to bring greater value to government constituents via technology solutions. Since becoming CEO, his vision has led to company growth, business acquisitions and new technology service solutions. Under his direction TSI has launched a variety of offerings focused on network engineering, audio-visual integration, and infrastructure solutions. At the same time, Lee has solidified and enhanced TSI's position as a leading solutions provider.

Former executive of US Navy's Space and Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Mr. Weatherly brings extensive organizational management and system engineering experience to TSI. After leaving the Navy, Mr. Weatherly joined Systems Integration and Management (SIM) as Executive Vice President. At SIM, he grew a successful team of over 200 people, leading SIM into a mentor-protege relationship with The Northup Grumman Corporation.

At TSI Mr. Weatherly leads several efforts rapidly evolving our organization into a leading federal solutions and systems integrator.  Mr. Weatherly earned his B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

As Director of Operations, Carmen Reeder is responsible for the organization's corporate strategic planning, human resources strategies and technology consulting management. In addition to her global responsibilities at TSI, Mrs. Reeder oversees recruiting, security, and quality assurance.

Mrs. Reeder coordinates with the CEO and other senior staff members to ensure quality support for our business systems involving network engineering, packaged solutions, program management support, audio-visual telecommunications and various IT enterprise services and support.

Prior to joining TSI in 2008, Mrs. Reeder worked for SMS Data Products Group as Program Manager. In this role she managed the delivery of products and services to the Army CONUS and OCONUS customers while managing multiple task orders.

Previously, Mrs. Reeder spent six years at OAO Corporation, a wholly subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, Seabrook, MD as the Program Manager. While there, she assumed responsibility for the daily operations, execution, and evaluation of the ADRP and ECSII programs.

Anthony Rivera joined TSI in 2010 and serves as The Director of Technical Services. Utilizing over a decade of IT experience within the federal government Mr. Rivera brings an in depth technical background and executive management capabilities.

Mr. Rivera oversees all technical project direction while following ITIL IT service management processes. He provides executive leadership to include solution development, business strategies, proposal positioning and project development.  Using his broad experience in IT management Mr. Rivera leverages the latest technological solutions to exceed the expectations of TSI’s clients.

Prior to serving as Director, Mr. Rivera has held several management and senior level IT positions with the U.S. Department of State, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Tax Trade Bureau and Navy Marine Corps Intranet. In those positions, he has defined and developed strategic management and IT related advancements, to their respective IT infrastructure encompassing integration, security, and scalability initiatives.

Mr. Rivera holds his Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology from Westerns Governors University and is currently working towards his Masters degree InformationTechnology Management.
