Technology Specialists Inc. (TSI) receives Boeing Performance Excellence Award

(Annapolis, Maryland, February 6, 2010) – Technology Specialists Inc. (TSI) today

announced that it has received a 2009 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing

Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior

performance. TSI maintained a minimum Silver composite performance rating for each

month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2008, to Sept. 30, 2009.

This year, Boeing recognized 486 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level

Boeing Performance Excellence Award. TSI is among 358 suppliers to receive the Silver

level of recognition.

TSI Awarded Telecommunications System Acquisition, Installation & Support Contract with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Company further expands its NRC presence with prime contract at the NRC in Atlanta, GA.

Annapolis, MD – July 02, 2009 – Technology Specialists, Inc. (TSI) (www.tsicorp.com), announced today that it has been selected by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide telecommunications system installation & support services for one of its planned facilities in Atlanta, GA. Under this contract, TSI will provide a comprehensive turnkey telecommunications system (PBX) which includes engineering, installation, operational support, training and system maintenance support for the NRC. TSI will also provide technological evaluations and recommendations to help expand the NRC’s telecommunications systems capability and enhance interoperability.

“This contract from the NRC spans an array of our core capabilities in enterprise infrastructure solutions and services” said Lee White, President of TSI. “It offers us a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate to the NRC our commitment to implementing the latest in quality telecommunication solutions.”

Technology Specialists Inc (TSI) Awarded Prime Contract on $500 Million, Multiple-Award Program with Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN)

Annapolis, MD May 6, 2009 – Technology Specialists, Inc (TSI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract to support the multiple-award SPAWARSYSCEN COTS PBX, router and switch program. TSI received one of nine 8a prime awards. The SPAWARSYSCEN COTS PBX, router and switch program has a total estimated ceiling value of $500 million. The five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task order contract was awarded to TSI for a one-year base and four one year option periods.
